THIS APT IS TOO OVER PRICED AND STAFF DOES NOT LIKE TO FIX THINGS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WATER IS NEVER HOT AND THE HEAT IS ALWAYS OFF. POWER CONSTANTLY GOES OFF.
