I lived at these apartments for 4 years and saw it decline very quickly in that time. The staff did not care about the residents, the apartment I lived in was over price. No renovations were ever made;even though it was about 20 years old at the time. Undesirable started to move in and crime began to rise with shootings and burglaries.
It seemed that the management was only concern with the appearance of the leasing office and not with the apartments. I have since moved to another apartment community; which the same company owns, but the staff where I currently live is as different as night and day. I can only see "The Landings at Mallard Pond" continue to decline only fitting for the huge ---- roaches to live there. The best the move I made was moving out of there.
