I got what I paid for.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
*Policed often which is better than not being policed.
*Car was broken into once in the year and a half I?ve been here.
*Towing now enforced. Parking not much of a problem where I'm at.
*Dumpster set on fire once.
*My lease went up and was never notified in advance.
*Nice location to shopping centers and a Greenway for recreational activities; biking, walking/running.
*Do your laundry at odd hours - the laundry rooms can get crowded.
*Cheap apartment living.
*If you lack culture, you?ll lack community here.
*Last stop for CP&L if your power goes out - Winter storm left me powerless for 6 days - Hurricane w/out power for 6 hours.
*Aesthetically speaking, it's an eye sore. Cluttered with Direct TV dishes and there's been a slow decline in overall appearence in just the first year I lived here.
*Trees lining parking lot were maliciously cropped down to stumpy oddities that have yet to grow anything back - friends call my trees "structural semi-living art".
*Ask about your neighbors when looking for an apartment here - I only wish I knew what I know now about one of mine.
*Office personel are the real gems here. They?re really nice people and all things considered, I?d recommend this complex to a friend, of course, only after offering the above information first.
