Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005
My wife and I lived there for 8 years: 1997-2005 and found it quite comfortable. Management and maintainance staff excellent and professional.We moved mainly because we wanted more space and in-apartment laundry. It is an older place and simple in style but you know that when you visit any apartment. It has a large diversity of people with different origins and backgrounds probably reflecting Raleigh, lower/average income people which is fine and a good experience. We were paying extremely low rent when we left which helped us immensely in our first years getting adjusted in Raleigh. I recommend in general. Work with the management and be a good neighbor and you will have a pleasant experience there.
