I am a current resident at the Landings and it sucks!! There is never any parking, 3-4 -------- live in an apartment, so that means 4-5 cars for one apartment!! You better have bug spray to spay the corners of your wall because no matter how clean you keep you apartment, the roaches get in, it is ridiculous. You can hear loud music anytime of the day, but if you are not "Hispanic" they will call the office and complain on you. There is serious racial profiling at the Landing, so if you are not hispanic look out, black and white people YOU are the minority there. I mean the rent is cheap, but do you really want to live in a place where you cant go out and come back and get a parking, or deal with break-ins in your apartment'

i actually live here too and i agree. it totally sucks and i just moved in. nothing worked in my apartment, the office obviously lives in a bubble as if they don't know or care about these issues. i never can find a spot, and the asst. manager is a tricky b@!#$ but whatever i just try to make the most of it.
