An excellent complex with new managment

I have lived here for over 4 years, and the management has always been somewhat helpful. But now that a new management company has taken over, they are making MAJOR improvements. I did have to lose my grill (even though it was away from the building), but they are offering major upgrades to the apartments (with a small increase in rent - still very reasonable). I do hope that they enforce the rules (ie.. drinki9ng in parking lots, 4 & 5 people living in a one bedroom apartment, etc..) But over all I think the new management will make this a much more pleasant place to live.
