I experienced this crappy apartment for 4 years. Its ridiculous. Roaches are all over the grounds. Poor lighting. Trash all over the grounds. The parking is terrible. Maintenance don't really fix anything (and believe me, its alot of things that need to be fixed inside and out. . .it is literally falling apart). Management is terrible as well. This place is a scam. I am so glad to be gone. Stay away if you know whats good for you!!

Thanks for telling the truth! I've never in my life seen a roach issue like they have here. You're also correct concerning the maint. and mgmt. staff. The management staff are also racial and rude! Hopefully things will be brighter for us soon. Thanks again and take care.

I am a resident of about 9 months. I HATE IT!!! Only reason why I even moved here was b/c it was cheap, affordable and something I knew I could make look decent inside even if I couldn't do anything for the outside. The staff is RUDE and racist. I've seen them do personal favors for residents of they're race that they wouldn't do for others. I am actually kind of pissed with them and will be calling the owner of the property for something to be done.....pay no attention to the nice rates....they're roach hotels!!!
