Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
All potential renters should be wary. Nice, reassuring words from the office staff does not fix all the needed repairs and other problems that occur on a regular basis. Oh yeah, if you do make the decision to rent, be sure to come with several extra cans of roach spray.
