Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I've been at the Palms for 6 months and it'll be at least a few more. Everyone is helpful and friendly. When I've needed any fix ups someone has been there promptly. No roaches or any other critters. The grounds are well cared for. Heck I think most of the maintence staff lives right there. It's not fancy, it's older but it isn't bad.
