i am at the end of my 2 years term at the palms and the only thing that i like about the complex was the fact that the office staff have done everything to accommodate my living arrangements. the only thing is it doesn't last long before what the help turns into them not doing anything at all.

the rent price is a good price for the actual apartment but not for what you get with the apartment. the size is great, the location couldn't be better but thats where it all ends.

i have had a roach problem since the day i moved in.....and although the problem has been addressed numerous times it seems that it never has been looked at.

the bathroom has numerous water running in the toilet and shower, the toilet isn't stable and they fixed it by putting a piece of wood behind it. the paint in the shower chips, the shower head moves, and the "tile" is starting to come up.

during the summer my a/c would occasionally go out and i could never get a maintenance man to come look at it or change the filter. the walls are mad thin and i heard everything thing a couple was doing in the room below and i mean EVERYTHING.

the rent should not be as high as it is for all the stress that comes with it....i am glad that other complexes run by the same company is not as bad. i recommend that no one come to this community unless you like to stay on the first floor and you can deal with roaches.
