Just okay....

Definately not a "college" apartment...Its nice because its quiet and never crowded. Then again, it would be nice to be surrounded by more college kids than creepy old men living next door.
Parking is always available and there is no "visitor" parking so your friends can park wherever without having to worry about being towed, like at other apartments.
I live in the B-I-G 1-bedroom and I love it just because of it's size. You should see my HUGE walk-in closet! Theres also a fireplace and screened-in porches (the porch is great, esp. if you have pets like me).
Pet rent is ridiculous...no monthly payment...just a one-time payment of THREE HUNDRED dollars, which is NOT refundable at all.
Maintance good at coming as soon as you request and are really friendly.
Office is friendly.
One complaint...I got a "deal" of $150 off monthly rent when I signed my lease. Renewal is coming up and my rent is going UP and probably will every time my lease is renewed until I reach the "orignal" rent fee. (I pay $610 now and my rent has to go up $20 a month when it is renewed). I think this is crappy when new people are offered a lower rent price (and the lower price is advertised on their flyers and the internet). Extremely overpriced!!..I've had leaks, disposal was broken and the kitchen AND stove look like they are from 1981 (ie, they are OLD and UGLY)
