We were recently married and it is a great place for us to live. We are close to Lake Johnson which is great for our dog. The staff here are all incredibly friendly and the maintenance is awesome. It is older buildings which require maintenance sometimes but we have never had to wait more than 24 hours on service. We love the scenery. It is beautiful and the apartments are spacious for a one bedroom. We highly recommend The Summit at Avent Ferry!!
