Awful Management

I lived at The Summit for a few months, but had to move out for personal reasons. When I moved out, the office staff was so unhelpful and even charged me an extra 300 dollars!!! Don't count on the maintenace being really helpful either. They like to spend more time chatting outside then fixing your problems! Overall, I would not recommend living here. There are better places in Raleigh.
