I looked this up because i was trying to find the address to mail my last rent check to them from miami. The last comment is totally out of place. If course theyre going to charge you 300 dollars. . .you broke your f...ing lease! With regards to the maintenance staff, they have gone out of their way to help me out in certain situations and have always been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend living here if you want a nice quiet place to live with no problems. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
