The Summit at Avent Ferry

Affordable, spacious apartments, friendly staff From: Madmartigan Date posted: 7/31/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Don't live here if you want to party. Don't live in the apartments that face the obnoxious Lake Park community. If you want a quiet apartment community with plenty of parking and a very attentive maintenance staff, then live in the Summit. People complain about really stupid stuff here, like fees when you pay rent late. That is what you get when you live in an apartment, deal with it. The places aren't brand new, but every time something has broke, they have fixed it very quickly, usually that same day. For this area, the price is very good for how large and nice the places are. There's no nazi policies about parking and they don't screw you with all sorts of charges for stupid stuff. The noise policy is very strict and any attempt at a party will result in cops at the door post haste, so don't even think about it. Lived here for 3 years and am overall very pleased with the experience.
