I have been living at The Summit for 2 years and I have very few complaints. Lake Johnson is right across the street with great trails and the maintenance staff is always friendly and entertaining, plus the screened-in porches are huge and nice. We did have problems with vandalism to cars in our building (as referred to in another review), but after we talked to the office about the situation they hired a night security officer. The pool is clean and they have a sauna, tennis court, and small workout room. Overall, I have enjoyed my time here and recommend it for families or college students looking for a nice, quiet apartment complex.
