Nice apartments for the price

I lived in the Summit for 2 years and really enjoyed the place. I don't think all apartments are created equally here as some seem to have been remodeled and are nicer than others (mine seemed to have a lot newer flooring and fixtures than some friends' places in the complex). The maintanence staff was good. They were fast, would go out of their way to help, and were very friendly. Unfortunately, they were cheap. My AC basically ran all day every day over summer because it was old and leaked. They recharged it several times, but it never seemed to work correctly. 2 weeks before I moved out, they replaced the whole system and it ran as it should.
Don't expect to get your whole deposit back. I've never lost a cent in deposits previous to living at the Summit. The place was spotless when I left and they still got me for $200. I have no idea what for as they did not send me an itemized list.
Those two negatives aside, the place was great. The price was great compared to equivalent places like Remington Place and it was quiet. Living within a few hundred feet of Lake Johnson was a huge selling point too.
