I can't imagine a better apartment complex to live in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. The longest I've waited for a maintenance request to be taken care of is about an hour and the maintenance staff is the nicest you could ever hope to meet. The apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are respectful and polite. My biggest disappointment regarding the Summit is not living here as soon as I moved to NC, I absolutely love it here and highly recommend it.
