My family just moved into the Summit about 3 weeks ago and so far its been wonderful! Everyone is so nice in the office and the atmosphere is so quiet and peaceful. Its hard to believe we live in Raleigh sometimes. There were a couple of request that we made for maintenace but the problems were resolved almost immediately. This apartment was the first we actually looked at and didn't want to look any more. It is home and a very cozy one at that. Oh and Sheila (leasing consultant) is great. She is always willing to go the distance. (Thanks Girl) Highly recommend!
