I've lived in a one bedroom for the past two months or so and I couldn't be happier. The office staff is very nice and maintenance is very quick. I haven't had many problems but the ones I've had were taken care of quickly. They are also improving things around the building all the time. The neighborhood is really quite and is an extremely short walk to Lake Johnson. The neighborhood is in a great general location as well. The screened in porches are pretty big compared to others I've seen too. The best thing though was I was lucky enough to get a state employee discount on my rent. I don't think they are doing it anymore with new leases but it was great while it lasted. I have recommended the community to several people so far and I would recommend it to anyone else who asks.
