| 01/31/2013 | Thin floors, walls, and ceilings. Doors on a strong spring that SLAM when they're closed. LOUD LOUD LOUD drunken parties in the parking lots on warm Friday and Saturday evenings. There was an armed robbery at my mailbox - I found out when an office of the RPD knocked on my door and asked if I witnessed it. I came home one evening and found that my front door had been kicked in - only to find out that the maintenance guy did it but didn't fix the damage, clean up the mess or even close the door.
