Experience has been decent, although much better than other places I have lived. The staff has had a lot of turnover, but seem fairly compentent. Had my share of maintenace items, but they are fixed quickly. Landscaping is well-maintained. They could use better communication with the tenants, we used to receive newsletters a long time ago. I also cannot tolerate apartment noise whatsoever and frequently hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. I am not a fan of ANY apartment living, but this place is pretty good as far as apartments go.
