Good management, but very thin walls

To start with the positive, the office staff are super nice and responsive. Things get fixed right away and the maintenance staff are very nice. The grounds are well-kept and secure. The fixtures and amenities are new looking and nice. Apartments are clean and modern.
I would keep on living here if only for one thing: the thin walls and ceilings. There must not be one ounce of insulation, as I can hear everything- yes EVERYTHING, that my neighbors are doing. I thought my upstairs neighbor was going to crash through the ceiling the other night at 2:30 am. So, if you don't mind hearing your neighbors have sex, talk on the phone, flush the toilet, or walk around (for those neighbors above you) then you will be happy here. Oh, one more word of advice- don't live next to the pool. The kids scream at the pool all day long.
