Not for me

The walls are for sure super thin. And the noise complaint policy clearly stated in the lease agreement is often overlooked and ignored by the office staff. We complained about our neighbor more than five times and nothing was ever really done. We had one complaint against us, for a guest dropping something accidentally from the balcony, and we were treated like criminals for the remainder of our "stay." There are much better places to live in Raleigh. This place is owned by a large corporation out of Texas so you get that cold corporate feel....if that's your thing, go for it. But I wouldn't recommend Thornhill to anyone.
