We saw their great ratings and moved in and were very disappointed.
The walls are thin.
You can practically here every sound from upstairs and neighbours.
You can here everytime they flush the toilet,use their washer dryer,when they switch on their TV.
They have not cleaned the apartment well when we walked in.
Had stains and scratches all over the kitchen floor and countertops.
The kitchen plan is so bad if you open your dishwasher you can't open your grill door.
It extends till the kitchen range and same with the closet draws.
If you open one you can't open the other.
Poor Design.
The maintenance too is bad.
We had to wait over two months to get our blinds fixed.
