The community has been nice, and the painting of the community has been a great for the look of the property. also valet trash is a plus and also having an indoor pool office staff is being professional.

It isn't a good place to live. Maintenence doesn't do things in a timely manner. It sucks the staff doesnt help when you calls and the police have been here alot and no answers about why they have been hereanswers

Great and safe community. Good environment for kids and pets. Decent apartments with fast acting maintenance team. Plenty of activities for community and kids. Only wished the cost of living wasn't pushing the rental prices so high.

Horrible.. I been through roaches and pipe busting and two shootings and calling the police for a domestic dispute and trash and dog ---- every where . The last four years was horrible. And my mail exposed at the mail box .

New is not always better

It has been a great experience.. Close to shopping, mostly a quiet area & I love how they keep up on the maintenance and look which is what I love. Staff very nice and helpful! Life happens and they do their best to help you out.
