If you enjoy roaches,spiders and other small bugs this is the place for you!! Also if you like an apartment handbook that is not followed by the office or druker and falk this is where you want to live. If you enjoy asking your neighbors to move out of YOUR doorway so you can get in/out of your house this is the place. The only thing good about this place is the maintance people...always fixed right the first time!!! The rent is cheap and the townhouses are nice size for roommates, small family but not 7 people...ie my neighbors...all i get from the office is its being taken care of...sure it is for months ive been hearing that...cant wait to move out!!!
