University Oaks

I have lived at University Oaks for 3 years now. When I went to pick up my key, they had "lost" all of the keys for that property. I waited for over an hour and my key was still not found. They had to go get a key from the lock box on the property and make me a copy. Dont ever expect to get any assistance from the 25 year old idiots working there. My old roommate went into the office to discuss them having her listed in the wrong bedroom because she did not want to be charged for things that she did not mess up when she moved out. He said to her "I'm really busy and dont have time for things like this right now." I did rooommate matching my second year there and by July I hadnt been informed of anyone moving in so I started calling. I called every week and every week they said "You havent been placed with anyone yet. We will notify you when we have placed anyone in your unit." Try being at home alone one night when all of a sudden someone starts unlocking your front door. SURPRISE, I'm your new roommate. From the moment I moved in, there have been roaches the size of golf balls. Maintenance has called my cell phone while they were there fixing my ice maker asking me why the bars in the fridge shelves were broken and telling me I WOULD pay for them when I moved out. I told him that they were missing when I moved in and were documented on my move-in sheet and the ---- said that he KNOWS they were not missing. Dont live here if you like to sleep because parties will keep you awake until 5 am. The part of town is ghetto and you will not feel safe walking to your car. I have finally graduated from school and will be moving in ONE month. Thank god.
