I have been living there since 2007 and was never told by the management office about getting a parking permit to park there. However, recently my car has been towed and I have to pay $100 to get it out since they change the parking rules without telling me. They denied the notification of this change and refuse to refund my loss. I am shocked by this terrible customer service!

If you're an NC State student you can get free legan council and representation from the "Student Legal Services." I'm pretty sure what Preiss did wasn't legal, so go to the Legal Services for help!

Thank you for your support, although I am not a student. It seems that they have been doing such unacceptable things for a period of time. Is there any other way that I can complain to? Thanks!
