University Suites @ NCSU were a waste of time and money! I lived there for the 2 years it has been open. I understand that they were brand new but I was promised a great clubhouse and it never came! It was not finished until the beginning of 2003, after I had lived there for a year and a half. When it was finished, the fitness room was pointless, the pool was no bigger than a large bathtub, and the "state of the art" computer room could only be used during office hours (How is that going to help a college student'') Now let's talk about the townhome itself. Yes, they were big but they were put together very quickly and it showed. It was very poorly built. The air vent in my room didn't even work! So I had no air conditioning or heat. I had maintenance look at it twice and they assured me it was working. They were wrong! The list of bad maintenance stories are too long to tell and don't even get me started on the management or the internet or the cable or the phone or how they rip you off when you move out in stupid charges! Let's just say "BOOOOOO"! I have never been so happy to move out of somewhere in all my life!
