the actual property is satisfactory, nothing special, a good point is that there are private bathrooms in all bedrooms. However the kitchens are too small, phone numbers have changed twice with out reason or notification, Internet(NTC) is unreliable, also the Cable(NTC also) is redistrubuted DSL, goes out during inclimate weather, the cable package is the basic that NTC offers for the price with 60 channels, also is priced like cable. Managment has proven incompetent in all of mine and my rommmate's dealings with them, excluding the lease negotiations. There are very few repeat tennants here. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
