I lived in University Suites last year and I hated it. Besides NTC never working, spiders all over my room and loud parties and consistent noise the management is terrible. Not sure the main managers name but she is rude and snappy with tenants. I used to have to call the office numerous times before I would get an answer and when they said they would call me back they never did. When we first moved in our door would not close and it took two weeks for them to fix it. When a neighbor is out on their porch the noise carries very loudly to the neighbors not to mention. There are SOOOOO many more townhomes in convenient places to NCSU that are much nicer and better priced that I would highly suggest long before you move into university suites. The price for the square feet is not worth it either. Not to mention we hardly ever paid $435 a month because we consistently went over on utilities before out air conditioning unit sucked.

I have lived here for three years, it is a very nice place, the bugs are from all of your trash that you leave outside on your patio, and I'm sure that you throw many parties just like all of us. The staff has always been very easy to deal with and look at the recent ratings, they tell it all...
