I lived in one of the four bedroom townhomes, and all in all the pros probably balance out the cons.

Pros: The management, though often disorganized, were nice and helpful for the most part (even made cookies every day). Parking is about average, there are usually visitor spots open. Never had any problems with our appliances, everything is relatively new. Rooms are nice and big, built-in desk is cool. Pool is in good shape and never crowded.

Cons: PRICE too high, can get a similar place with similar amenities for cheaper. NOISY parties going on a lot, plus if someone that likes music lives above or beside you, forget about sleeping while they're awake. TRASH. People throw cans and break bottles in the street and on the sidewalk and it never gets cleaned up. There is no recycling. INTERNET is slow and goes down a lot.

Overall, live here if you're rich, and you can't tell the difference from any of the other places that look exactly the same.
