Although living in an apartment is nice, living at USuites is not worth the hassle. The management is terrible, although they seem nice; they never return calls, they lose payments, they will provide any personal information about you to anyone (i.e. payment status, lease information, hell maybe even SS# and banking info). They are truly in the business to rip off students and charge way too much rent for what they provide.

Parking is a nightmare, they never tow and when there are parties there is no way you are going to be able get a parking spot, nevermind you might live THERE!!! And parties occur nearly everynight, major ones thrown on the weekends.

Friend was held up at gunpoint, so forget feelign safe.

If I may suggest alternate housing:
U Woods
Cent. Village
U House
Wolf Creek
Even Dorm Life, b/c University Housing is at least professional in dealing with housing/payment issues.
