this place is the worse place ever!!! the only reason they get anyone to stay here is because of the townhomes, but trust me what you have to go through isn't even worth it. While you might have your own townhome you get NO privacy!!! it seems like every other day their in your house for something...I thought as a tenant I had a right "to privacy and quiet enjoyment of my dwelling" but I guess those rules don't apply to university suites. They once sent a notice giving the specific days they were going to come by apartments and guess what after that time period had lapsed management just barged into my room while I was asleep and exclaimed that they were just checking rooms. Well what happened to the knock''' my tv was on and she didn't even give me a chance to open the door she just knocked once and barged in!!! I was soooo disgusted, I honestly felt like I had been violated. Aside from them "walking" through every week, the parking sucks, forget about getting any peace and quiet because their is a party going on every single night. I have come home to random strangers on my patio, broken beer bottles, smashed beer boxes, and a truck load of cigarette butts all in my yard. they never ever ever ever ever ever tow, the management seems nice but are incompetent they always screw up and try to fine you fees but when they screw up they NEVER EVER EVER EVER give you a credit. They find sneaky ways to try to charge you extra fees especially at move out. If you see this place save your self the trouble and run far away, tell ALL of your friends to run far away!!! This place is a freaking RIP OFF!!!
