Better than most places.....

I've stayed in the NCSU area for 4 yrs, I have been here for almost one yr, I'd have to say it is well kept, and I really like having my own floor. They are big apartments and the staff does cookouts and stuff all of the time. parking is tight sometimes, but it's that way at all student communities. This place is top on my list.
