I've lived there for two years and can't wait until my lease is up. From the beginning my air vent didnt work properly; in the summer the a/c didnt blow out well and during the winter neither did the heat. So i would either freeze or incinerate my roommates to be comfortable. The bed frames are cheaply made and do break all the time. The parking is bad on weekends because of parties, but my main issue is with management- the head lady (or evil wench as I'd like to call her)in particular. She was difficult to deal with and unreasonable. I got into a car accident and lost my parking pass with the exchange of rental cars and she wanted to charge me $50 to get a new one. She didn't make a concession nor wanted to talk to me personally about it. She just got the office help to relay messages. If your rent is late they come up with random figures of what you owe, for example our rent is 435, my roommate's was late and got a notice saying she owed 323.12 which obviously doesnt make since. Lots of people that I know that moved out said they would send them a bill saying they owed more money. Or even worse at my friends move out they said she owed $33 in moving out fees and once she talked to them about it they ended up owing her $88. Another friend of mine they overcharged rent, making him pay $495/ month so they ended up owing him money They make up prices to overcharge/rip off students, they claimed they weren't responsible for the ants and unidentifiable bugs that were constantly in attendance, and they wouldn't fix our porch lights, claiming yet again that they aren't responsible for that. The only good thing about this place is that rent includes all utilities, but watch out, if you go over the allotted electricity amount (i think its $150) you'll get a bill of what's over, but of course when you don't go over you don't see the money from that either. If they got new management and became more organized it would be better.
