Even if the management didnt suck you would be better off somewhere else. Our rent was $435 per person and that included utilities, internet, and cable. But for 4 people that means we paid $1740 a month which we could have used to rent a house and been much better off. Management is terrible. You have to mail your rent check to Virginia and on two occasions they said they never recieved my rent check and I got charged late fees. That happened to two of my roommates as well even though we all mailed our checks well before they were due. Utilities are included but you have to pay the difference if the bill is over $130. We regualary had overages of $30 or $40 and so did friends of mine that lived in a different unit. Definitely look around because you can end up with a much better place spending less money and you wont have to put up with the incomptent management at U Suites.
