Absolutely hated every minute that i lived here. The property manager, ----- -------, is as nice as she can be, until you've signed your lease. After that, she allows the ----- that she is to come out in full force.

The maintenance team is a joke, and they never take care of anything they say they will. It is completely OVERPRICED, and not worth a single penny of it. When you have a visitor, there is nowhere for them to park. Half the time, you can't even park near your own townhouse because the lots do not have enough spaces to accommodate everyone that lives there.

You are REQUIRED to have their internet and cable service, which are beamed in by satellite from some worthless company in Maryland, I believe. The channel selection is horrible, and no HD channels are available. Internet continuously experiences problems as well. Your "included" utilities are power and water, and I use that very loosely because the set limits they have are impossible to stay within. To keep the electric bill down, they suggest that you keep your thermostat at "comfortable 76 degrees"; since when was an interior temperature of 76 comfortable in the summer'

After moving out, I was charged money that wasn't supposed to be charged to me, and when I tried explaining this to the Property Manager and helpless cronies she calls employess, she claimed that she was right and I was wrong. When I finally let my emotions get the best of me and called her a ----- to her face, she called the cops and had me banned from the property. All this after paying rent early every month for 2 years, and also being overcharged after I left.

Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. Don't even think about living here.
