I would recommend living on the couches of friends instead of renting at Usuites. The rent is pretty high for what you get, most of the "luxurious" town homes are kinda grungy and dingy. For about 5 months we went over on our utilities package that was included, which must have not been much because at times we only had 2 people living there. Response to fix things were very slow, our front door lock was busted for over a week until they came and fixed it. When we moved in we were assigned to an apartment that had a random roomate already living there, so none of the house was painted, the damages from the year were not assessed and we got stuck with very dirty rugs and sub par appliance conditions. Then they tried to stick us with many of the charges at the end of the year, it is a huge mess and I would advise to find another place to live. ps the ghetto is right down the road, tow trucks are not fast enough for the "guests" that park in all the spots, the walls are paper thin and you can hear a whisper from upstairs and the staff is unresponsive.
