I love my apartment, its 2 stories and its perfect for me and my buddies. But, the management here is rediculous! Every month we have crazy overage charges, like 30 bucks a person; even in December where we were all gone for like 2 weeks. They will find every way possible to charge you for stuff. The maintenence guy came to unclog out disposal. It took him 30 seconds and he said he was supposed to charge us $35 according to the managment, but he was cool and said thats stupid and he wouldnt tell them about it. A cop sits at the clubhouse on the weekends and if you have any kind of party, he will come and bust it up, which leads to a warning the first time, and a $200 fine for each roommate every time after.
You only get one mailbox key. If you lose it they wont let you go make another, they will charge you $25 for a new one. I asked them why I couldnt just run to Walmart and make a backup, they said it was to teach us "responsibility," Im thinkin, ----- I dont need you to teach me ----. They come in your apartment a few times a semester to look for damages, and will charge you if they see them.
Basically, they will find everyway possible to fine you and make money off your college ass. not to mention the rent is waaaaay to high! i think its gone up to 500 a month, including utilities that dont cover your basic needs. I would love to live here again, I love my crib, its fixed up so nice, but because of the landlords we are peacing out of this place. visitor parking sucks too.
