I would DEFINITELY not recommend living at University Suites. They are the worst apartment complex to live in EVER! The only good thing about the apartment is that it's all inclusive package and it's fairly quiet, but everything else is TERRIBLE. First of all, they only have like 20 guest parking spaces in the entire complex-- that isn't even enough for every house to have one guest and they tow like crazy. Secondly, they always charge you an overage fee every month for water and electricity. Thirdly, they will charge you if anything in the apartment is "broken" and by broken I mean everyday average wear and tear. You are responsible for paying to clean the carpets when you leave...even if they don't actually clean them. Oh and if they tell you they are going to provide a dinner one night-- don't believe it. One night for a resigning your lease dinner they served grilled cheese and tomato soap. Really' Please, I could fix that myself for less than a dollar at my own house. They also were supposed to serve pizza one night from 3-5pm, but sure enough the pizza was gone by 3:30 and they didn't order more. Cheap asses. Seriously, I would live at University House which is now called Campus Crossing. They don't cheat you out of your money and they aren't all fat.
