My first year here was ALRIGHT... not great. My second year has been the worst year of my life. This place is where all the NCSU parties take place... EVERY SINGLE weekend... parking is horrible... we have permits, but towing is not enforced. There are only 15 visitors spots for almost 300 residents... that doesn't make sense. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. The management doesn't care about anything you tell them... most of them are students too, so what does that tell you. There are cigarette butts and beer bottles and all kinds of trash all over the grounds... it's NASTY. If you like loud parties all the time, no parking spots, and love to hear everything your neighbors do, then you should live here!! If you are a normal human being and like to get some sleep and feel like you have some privacy, I suggest you keep looking!!
