University Woods is super cheap - one of the cheapest around. But, you seriously pay for what you get. Maintenance is generally timely - but sometimes they don't fix the problem, or they provide temporary solutions. Apartments are filthy, and management won't do anything like replacing carpets or fixtures. Parking is horrible - towing is enforced, but there are SO many people that live here, if you come in late you might not get a spot in front of your building, and it is dangerous to walk alone at night. Noise is awful - last night I had a bunch of guys outside of my window at 3am, one of them puking in the bushes - and I could hear everything, and I live on the second floor. Parties occur ALL of the time, even on the weeknights.. and people have little respect for their neighbors. It's cheap, you get your own bathroom... but you seriously pay for what you get.
