vicious towing service hired to steal your car w/ ridiculous reason

housing office of University woods hired an barbaric towing company to solve their illegal parking. The problem is: they even tow away your car illegally.

Housing staffs have no intention to stop such thief like towing. After my holiday vacation, I have to pay $100 dollars b/c the towing company tow my car away by mistake (for 5 days). This apartment complex management sucks!!
