I've been living her for about 2 years and I really don't understand what all the complaining is about. The apartments are spacious, bright, and it's in a decent locations. I've lived in another apt complex before and they're all the same. Unless you have your own house, garage, and driveway...parking sucks if you rent. Go home to your parents if you can't get along with your neighbors. Yes, people have parties, but that's what makes this place fun. The rent is really good and if you can follow rules and you're not a social outcast, you should be very happy here...we just signed for year 3!!!
