If you can get a rate of under 300 I would maybe recommend this place, I am locked in at 250 which is the only reason I have decided to stay on, can't beat the price. There are a lot of parties in the complex which is fun but noisy and the walls are pretty thin.

The parking situation is completely unreasonable, for residents its managable, especially on the small side of Trailwood but just forget it if you have a guest coming. You have to 'save' a guest spot by about three in the afternoon, even on weekdays, or they will all be filled, all night. Towing is aggressive and arbitrary, even when lots of spots are open they will tow an unstickered car with a s*%t eating grin on their face. Visitors can't park on the surrounding streets either or the RPD will ticket, every night.
