UWoods was an alright place to live. Parties are frequent and WestTek comes, parking filled up many late nights and you must park and walk, noise easily heard through walls. The rent is really cheap (I paid $1000 for a 4bed/4bath apt.) and the rooms are nice. Our electricity bill would get up to about $200 a month during the winter, which sucked. My roommate's car got broken into. Having a common area in between four bed rooms also sucked because if one person wants to watch TV late, everyone can hear it. The management was okay as well, not extraordinary but not difficult to deal with. The biggest problems are parking and noise.

Overall, you're getting what you're paying for.
