i lived in university woods for a year now and i love it.. the only thing that honestly SUCKS is the parking.. they start towing at 10 and if you park on the street (trailwood) the police will give you a ticket.. so my friends have told me that they'll find theirselves deciding whether to park in u-woods and risk the 100 dollar towing fee or park on the street. okay, that being said, i have never had any problems with management. we never needed anything really either... and now for the good stuff.. alright.. these aparments off trailwood and lineberry are for COLLEGE STUDENTS.. now let's think.. when you think of college you think of parties.. and if there's a bunch of COLLEGE neighborhoods.. with a bunch of COLLEGE kids living in them ( which is who should be in there.. )im pretty sure they're gonna party. if you came into university woods or U-house or u-village or u suites and SERIOUSLY didnt think you werent going to be around loud college kids that listen to loud college music and drink and party all the time.. what the hell were you thinking.. there should be NO families in these neighborhoods.. if you are DO NOT complain... get over it.. you're in our territory.. last year we saw a freakin school bus come into u woods .. like.. are you serious... number one.. just.. no.. number two again.. this is a college neighborhood .. theres no way i'd want my kid around this at their age.. number three .. if you are a person that is going back to school.. good for you im proud of you but dont call the cops on us on a saturday night because you see people talking outside the apartment.. ok i mean we smoke.. we'd go on our own dang porch if u woods had them.. ANYWAYS...


point being.. if you arent a college student dont live here...

and i love it and i have a bunch of friends that live in u woods and the surrounding neighborhoods and they all love them too. and all the stuck up TOOLS that complain .. get over yourself... im just sick of reading everything negative about these places b/c i read them before i moved in last year and i was really scared .. but NOTHING i read was really true.. except parking sucks.
