office staff is completely unprofessional & a nightmare to deal with. very little visitor parking, rarely is there resident parking available near your actual apartment because parking permits are barely enforced. the grounds are poorly maintained - there are animal "droppings" everywhere... in the grass, on the sidewalk(!). tenants rarely pick up after themselves & the actual dumpsters are constantly overfilled. i have yet to find recycling or receive a key to my mailbox (was told to "get a roommate to make a duplicate"). the low price is not worth the hassle.
